Our mission is to Support, Serve and Solve. You can be part of that mission and make a huge difference in the lives of the veterans we serve

Ready to lend a hand

Greenville Vets Need Your Support.

We are happy you are checking us out.
We have no membership dues or paid positions. We have no requirements related to time in service, rank, when or where you served. We are simply veterans and friends of veterans who want to help other veterans.

Our mission is to Support, Serve and Solve. We Support Veterans by
providing a safe place to find the camaraderie they had in the military. We
Serve our Veteran community by providing direct service where we can.
We aim to Solve the day-to-day problems Veterans experience through
the resources we have developed within the community.”

Vets Helping Vets Greenville focuses on home repairs for veterans who are financially
unable and or physically unable. We also build wheelchair ramps and provide transportation through use of the Uber program to transport veterans in need to and from critical medical appointments. Usually by the time the need gets to our group, most other veteran organizations were unable to fulfill the need and we are their last hope.

Vets Helping Vets Greenville, SC was started in January 2022. We are a registered as a 501(c)((3) tax exempt organization. We are led by a Board of Directors that includes officers all of which must be an honorably discharged veteran. The 4th officer is the Secretary who is appointed by the President of the group. We have no
paid positions. The board makes all the decisions relative to operations, policy,
expenditures, donations, and projects. This follows a common structure for tax exempt
organizations. You are welcome to join us every Thursday at 10am, Elks Lodge Greenville. Thank you for considering us and helping us do great things within our local veteran community.

What days are best for you to volunteer?*
Please share the following. Are you a veteran? What skills do you have? Do you have tools that you can bring to construction projects? Are you computer literate? You can share any other information that you think is important as a volunteer to our vets.
